Proticom has been building at the edge of enterprise technology since 2000. Bluetooth implementations for Fortune 100 hardware companies when the protocol was brand new. Today we are applying that 25 years of enterprise delivery experience to AI. We have built five AI products internally to prove our methodology and process before we bring it to clients. Agents, multi-model orchestration, persistent memory systems, email security, call intelligence. All real. All running. Across healthcare, financial services, entertainment, and technology, from startups to Fortune 100, the goal is the same as it has always been: find where the technology creates real value, build it right, and make sure it runs.

FOUNDER
Edward Tadros, Founder & CEO
Engineer. Operator. Builder.
Edward Tadros holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from UC Irvine with dual emphasis in robotics and combustion. That foundation in physical systems and real-world constraints runs through everything Proticom does.
He founded Proticom in 2000 with a simple thesis: stay at the edge of emerging technology and help enterprises put it into production. Before that, he was deploying Bluetooth systems for Intel and Ericsson when the protocol was still brand new. He went on to work with ASML on semiconductor fabrication systems and McDonnell Douglas on defense programs. Industries where precision matters and production systems can't fail.
Over 25 years Edward has led QA engineering, systems integration, and enterprise operations across healthcare, financial services, entertainment, and technology. In healthcare specifically he has 15 years of experience including work at Cedars Sinai, City of Hope, Hoag Hospital, and UCI Health across EHR platforms including Epic, Oracle Health, and Veradigm.
His work has always gravitated toward the edge of what's next. Cloud infrastructure when AWS was still just S3 and EC2. Computer vision on TensorFlow years before the current AI wave. Most recently he served as a Software Quality Engineer and AI Transformation Architect at the Wikimedia Foundation where he built AI utilities that cut test creation time by 95% and doubled test coverage without adding headcount.
Edward holds a UC Berkeley Executive Education certificate in AI Business Strategies and an MIT Professional Certificate in Big Data. He is currently pursuing Claude Certified Architect certification through Anthropic.
Every Proticom engagement is led directly by Edward. The person on the strategy call is the person who does the work. That's not a talking point, it's the operating model.

This is not a demo. It is not a simulation. PROSPÆRO is running right now on the site you are reading.
That is the standard we hold for every AI system we build. If it is not running in production it is not ready. PROSPÆRO is proof that we build AI we trust enough to run our own operations on.
